This incredible 16th century coaching inn, with it's creaky floors and wobbly walls is an exceptional example of black and white architecture dating back to the Elizabethan period.

Each of our 59 bedrooms has its own unique character having been sympathetically renovated to create a uniquely traditional atmosphere. Tea and coffee making facilities are included and the rooms offer all the contemporary luxuries you expect from a modern hotel. Every room has an ensuite bathroom, most with both shower and bath.
